Order Processing Time
- Orders are shipped out via Courier Guy twice per week (Mondays & Fridays)
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched
- Express overnight delivery service is available , although additional charges will apply.
- Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to confirm applicable charges.
- Glamorous Gaze is not responsible for delivery delays from the side of the courier.
Refused Packages
- In case of “declined for any reason deliveries”, the associated shipping and handling costs will be back-charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be deducted from any refunds.
- All orders will be shipped door to door, we do not accept PO Box addresses. For any “declined for any reason deliveries”, packages will be returned to our office.
- A full refund on the products will be provided which is claimable within 7 days from the courier company’s recorded delivery date.
